We SUPERKLEEN.” San Antonio & Surrounding Areas Commercial Night Cleaning Operations Evening Leadership Position NOW HIRING – DRIVER / SUPERVISOR SuperKleen LLC is looking for a strong, dependable leader to operate as a Driver / Supervisor for our commercial night cleaning routes. This is NOT an entry-level “just clean” position. This position is for someone who can: ✅ Lead a team ✅ Control route flow & tempo ✅ Keep crews moving efficiently ✅ Communicate professionally ✅ Solve problems independently ✅ Maintain standards under pressure ✅ Represent the company professionally You are not only cleaning — you are helping manage the operation. POSITION SUMMARY The Driver / Supervisor is responsible for: Driving the crew Managing route timing Controlling workflow Handling keys & alarms Monitoring restroom standards Verifying cleaning quality ⏱ Keeping buildings on schedule Communicating with management ✅ Completing final walkthroughs This position is the backbone of the nightly operation. The goal is: ➡️ Keep the crew productive ➡️ Keep buildings looking excellent ➡️ Finish accounts properly and efficiently ➡️ Maintain professional standards at all times LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS A Driver / Supervisor must understand: Every crew member moves differently Every building has a different tempo Leadership is about controlling flow without chaos You are expected to: ✅ Redirect team members when needed ✅ Keep unnecessary downtime low ✅ Ensure the route keeps moving ✅ Maintain morale while enforcing standards ✅ Communicate issues immediately ✅ Think ahead before problems happen SuperKleen supervisors are expected to lead with: Common sense ⚡ Urgency Communication Accountability Teamwork DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES ROUTE MANAGEMENT Pick up and transport crew members Ensure timely arrivals to buildings Maintain route order and efficiency Monitor overall route timing CREW SUPERVISION Assign tasks and responsibilities Ensure crew members stay productive Verify proper cleaning procedures Assist struggling areas when necessary Monitor quality and professionalism BUILDING SECURITY Handle keys, alarms, and lockups Ensure buildings are secured properly Report maintenance or security concerns Verify all areas are checked before departure QUALITY CONTROL Conduct restroom inspections Verify trash completion Check floors, offices, and entryways Ensure buildings: LOOK clean ️ FEEL clean SMELL clean SCHEDULE Training Schedule 5:00 PM until route completion ⏰ Training will NOT exceed 11:00 PM Standard Schedule 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM Some nights may finish earlier or later depending on workload, staffing, and route conditions.
