Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Overview Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate position at Sam’s Club located in Berwick, PA. Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr. This role supports stocking, operations, and customer service in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas. Responsibilities Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, handling claims/returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise. Provides Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, following Cold Chain procedures, cleaning area, monitoring equipment, and reporting issues to Management.
