Travel Medical Lab Technician - $2,109 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Medical Lab Technician for a travel job in Ironwood, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Medical Lab Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift Requirements: Days/PM- Will take straight days Required Certifications: MLT or MT by ASCP, AMT Associate or Bachelor Degree Minimum Experience: 1+ years core lab experience. The tech would be independent from 2300-0500 weekdays and 1900-0600 weekends so phlebotomy skills are a MUST. Charting/Equipment: LIS - Sunquest. IS medical records - EPIC. Sunquest highly preferred. Additional equipment: Heme-Sysmes Chem-Roche BI. Bank-Ortho Gel Coag-Stago Urine-Clinitek BI. Gas-Radiometer. Unit Specific Skillset: Basic lab tech duties, running tests, phlebotomy. Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Chemistry, Immunoassay, Blood Bank, Specimen processing, for Microbiology they would only need to set up cultures, not actually work in microbiology. Gram staining ability also for Micro. Generalist background able to perform all needed tasks, with phlebotomy skills required. Ability to work independently and do calibrations/QC/maintenance also. 2-3 weeks training/orientation, dependent on experience. 24 hour lab staffed with 17 employees with limited microbiology.
