This on-site hospital in Baldwin, Wisconsin provides obstetric and gynecologic services across OR and emergency room settings to the regional patient population. The facility maintains a collaborative care team that includes a CNM, three L&D nurses on at all times, CRNAs, and a board-certified ED physician in house. Established clinical protocols and structured workflows support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods.

Baldwin, Wisconsin offers clinicians on assignment a range of outdoor and leisure activities suited to varied interests. The area provides opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing, camping, and water-based pursuits, alongside local cultural venues and wildlife areas. Clinicians will also find unique destinations and community-based businesses throughout the region during time away from clinical duties.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour shift assignments across OR and ER settings at an on-site facility in Baldwin, Wisconsin, on a sporadic basis as needed. Clinical responsibilities encompass obstetric and gynecologic care delivered across both OR and emergency room environments, with an average volume of 1-2 deliveries per day. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and continuous availability is expected throughout each designated coverage period.
