Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role, for a Consultant at Catalyst Connect. The Consultant will engage with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and craft customized technology solutions using Zoho Software. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing and deploying integrated solutions, managing projects, providing technical support, and training clients on how to utilize their new systems effectively. The Consultant will also collaborate closely with our team of developers and business process consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Experience in conducting needs assessments and developing tailored business solutions Proficiency in Zoho ONE and other similar platforms Strong project management and coordination skills Technical support and training expertise Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field Experience in SalesForce, Netsuite or similar platforms is a plus.
