Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech– Staten Island, NY Assignment Start: ASAP Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: 40 Hours/Week Shift: 8 Hour Days Primary Shift: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM Start Times: May vary between 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM On-Call: None Setting: High-Volume Cardiac Catheterization Lab (3 Labs) Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Special Procedures Tech for a busy Cardiac Cath Lab performing cardiac catheterizations, structural heart, and peripheral procedures. This is an adult-only patient population. Candidate must be comfortable scrubbing and first assisting in complex interventional cases. EPIC experience required. Responsibilities: Scrub and first assist during cardiac catheterization, structural heart, and peripheral procedures Prepare and maintain sterile field and procedural equipment Operate radiologic equipment in accordance with safety standards Monitor patient status and assist with intra-procedural care Accurately document procedures in EPIC Collaborate with physicians and Cath Lab team to ensure safe and efficient workflow Required Qualifications: ARRT (R) certification NYSDOH Radiologic Technologist license ACLS certification BLS certification Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience Experience scrubbing and first assisting Preferred: Interventional Radiography experience Contact: HumanEdge Health HumanEdge - CT Job ID 16417.
