Talent Operations Leader, Recruiting Strategy & Scale
Ramp
Ramp is seeking a Senior Manager, Head of Talent Operations to lead and scale the recruiting engine across global teams. You will manage a team of four Talent Operations professionals and oversee operations that support a ~40-person recruiting organization, driving efficiency and consistency. You will own the recruiting tech stack, scheduling, and candidate experience, partnering with finance and HR to forecast hiring and optimize processes as Ramp grows. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ramp
