Uncle Mike's Home Service LLC is seeking experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a leadership role, and is passionate about delivering top-tier service to homeowners. As a lead installer, you'll be responsible for overseeing and executing HVAC system installations with minimal supervision-ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations, including forced air and hot water boiler systems
• Ensure installation projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to code
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues as they arise
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and represent the company professionally
• Mentor junior technicians and support team success
• Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and materials availability
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Proven leadership abilities on job sites
• Strong troubleshooting skills for installation-related issues
• Proficient in forced air and hot water boiler systems
• Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-service oriented
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

On-site - Based in the local service area. Travel to customer homes required.
