Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Rekindle Health | Premium interventional psychiatry clinic Greater Boston Area | On-site; partial remote flexibility | Full-time Compensation: $165k-$175K base salary DOE; eligible for performance-based bonus About Rekindle Rekindle is an interventional psychiatry platform based in the Greater Boston Area, initially focused on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) with potential expansion into IV ketamine, Spravato and other related evidence-based treatments. Rekindle will operate as a cash-pay practice, allowing us to deliver a high-touch, concierge, and patient-centered experience for individuals with depression and related conditions who may benefit from non-invasive treatment options. Our aim is to revolutionize what interventional psychiatry looks like both from the patient’s experience and clinical outcomes. Role Summary Rekindle is seeking a compassionate and clinically experienced Interventional Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead the day-to-day clinical care of our patients in close collaboration with our Medical Director, a leading psychiatrist. This is a highly hands-on clinical role. The PMHNP will serve as the primary clinical point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, providing ongoing psychiatric care while also directly delivering interventional treatments such as TMS, IV ketamine, and other treatments added to Rekindle’s clinical model. The PMHNP will know each patient closely, deliver and monitor their treatments, assess their progress, manage medications, check in between visits, address emerging clinical needs, and help patients implement lifestyle and behavioral changes that may support their recovery. The Medical Director will provide physician-level clinical oversight, consultation, and support for complex cases, while the PMHNP will lead the patient’s day-to-day care and treatment experience. Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary day-to-day clinician for patients throughout their course of care, in coordination with Rekindle's Medical Director. Personally deliver and manage TMS treatment sessions, including treatment setup, patient monitoring, assessment of tolerability and response, and treatment-course adjustments within established clinical protocols. Deliver and/or clinically manage additional interventional psychiatry treatments introduced by Rekindle as the program evolves (e.g. IV ketamine, Spravato, etc..). Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments. Prescribe, adjust, and monitor psychiatric medications within the PMHNP's scope of practice. Develop a strong longitudinal relationship with each patient and proactively monitor symptoms, functioning, treatment response, side effects, and overall well-being throughout treatment. Check in with patients between treatment visits as clinically appropriate, responding to questions, symptoms, side effects, concerns, and changes in condition. Support patients with lifestyle and behavioral strategies that may improve recovery, including sleep, physical activity, routines, stress management, and treatment adherence. Review treatment history, medical records, medication trials, and clinical outcomes; assess safety and suicide risk; and coordinate with the Medical Director on complex cases, adverse events, or treatment decisions outside established protocols. Coordinate care with outside therapists, psychiatrists, primary care clinicians, and referring providers, while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to clinical protocols, workflows, quality improvement, and program development. Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program. Current PMHNP certification. Active Massachusetts RN and advanced practice nursing authorization, or eligibility to obtain them. Current Massachusetts prescriptive authority, Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR), and DEA registration covering Schedule III controlled substances, or ability to obtain all required registrations prior to providing treatment. Experience evaluating and treating adults with mood disorders and complex psychiatric conditions. Strong psychiatric assessment, medication-management, and documentation skills. Experience assessing suicide risk and managing psychiatric safety concerns. Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient-care skills Preferred Qualifications At least two years of experience practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Experience treating patients with treatment-resistant depression. Experience with TMS, Spravato, ketamine, ECT, or other interventional psychiatry treatments. Familiarity with measurement-based care and psychiatric rating scales. Experience working in an outpatient behavioral health or specialty psychiatric setting. Interest in clinical innovation and emerging psychiatric treatments. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced, patient-centered PMHNP who wants to take primary responsibility for patients’s day-to-day clinical care and build strong relationships throughout treatment. They are comfortable both managing psychiatric care and working hands-on with TMS, ketamine, and other interventional treatments, and they bring strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and enthusiasm for helping build a new model of high-touch psychiatric care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
