Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure all HR regulations and company policies are followed.
• Conduct new hire processing, onboarding, and orientation (both in-person and via Microsoft Teams).
• Coordinate new employee setup with Corporate IT.
• Assist managers by explaining policies and management expectations.
• Support division payroll: review, correct, and obtain approvals for employee timesheets.
• Process salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Administer the workers’ compensation process for the division.
• Assist with training staff and supporting employee HR/benefits inquiries.
• Maintain the division organizational chart.
• Conduct all business professionally and ethically, promoting company goodwill.
• Ability to work overtime and occasionally travel overnight.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 3-4 years of related HR experience and/or training.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to handle multiple demands, prioritize, and support managers effectively.
