Support residents during evening routines and activities. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life. Monitor resident well‑being and communicate changes to nursing staff. Document care accurately and support a safe environment. Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership team members. Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere residents are proud to call home. What We're Looking For Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, or Caregiver is helpful but not required. Passion for working with older adults and serving others.
