Monday-Friday 5PM-12AM / Saturday & Sunday 8AM-4PM *Norco CA 92806*

Wednesday-Friday 10AM-6PM *Riverside CA 92508*

Friday - Sunday 10AM-6PM *Riverside CA 92508*

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 11:30AM - 7:30PM *Riverside CA 92504*

Monday - Thursday 9PM-5AM *Hemet CA 92544*

Saturday & Sunday 3PM-11PM *Corona CA 92879*

Sunday 12AM-8AM, Every other Sunday 4PM-12AM *Riverside CA 92503*

Saturday, Sunday 10PM-6AM *Riverside CA 92503*

Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM *Riverside CA 92508*

Monday - Friday 8AM-4PM *Moreno Valley CA 92557*

Maxim Healthcare in San Bernardino is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
