As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering personalized behavioral health services, developing and implementing effective care plans, and supporting clients in achieving meaningful progress. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavioral therapy techniques rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and hygiene, to foster independence Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support teaching sessions tailored to individual needs, utilizing evidence-based strategies for skill acquisition Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans aligned with each client's goals Provide patient care with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients Requirements: Experience or training in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or special education is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Strong skills in data collection, behavior management, and behavior intervention strategies Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to engage clients and their families effectively Ability to assist with ADLs and provide patient-centered care in a respectful manner Prior experience working within behavioral health or medical settings is advantageous What We Offer: A competitive hourly rate of $29.00 - $35.00 A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr YES ABA THERAPY
