Facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and processes Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements Develop and implement system solutions Identify and remove project impediments Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Experience with systems analysis and design Ability to create and manage project documentation Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Strong communication and leadership skills

DESIRED SKILLS
