Administrative duties:

a. Supervise clinic staff

b. Managing staff schedules and vacation

c. Fax provider schedule (answering service & hospitals)

d. Fill in for front desk as needed

e. Track Hours and minimize overtime

f. Maintain employee files with all necessary forms for employment

g. Initial and periodic employee orientation and training

h. Provide feedback, corrective and disciplinary actions for employee as per clinic policy in accordance with employee performance

i. Maintain inventory

j. Maintain and order clinic supplies as per inventory

k. Over see patient flow (i.e. appointments, reschedule to follow ups)

l. Deal with patient complaints in a courteous manner.

m. Daily clinic rounds to oversee cleanliness need for repairs and general up keep.

Accounting/ Finance:

a. Prepare Payroll every 2 weeks.

b. Enter cash collection from the front desk daily per schedule

c. Maintain inventory as per clinic Policy

d. Pay and track all bills for services/ operations on time under direction of Office Manager.
