Lead the test ride process — bring the experience to life. Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions). Enter every up into the Traffic Log — no exceptions. Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily and monthly performance goals. Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism, excitement, and purpose.
