Product Engineer II - Web Services

If you want to see how your work shapes real decisions—from public health to supply chains—this is a strong early-career move. Esri's ArcGIS Hub connects people around location data that matters. You'll work on the web services that make that possible, with support from senior leaders but real autonomy in your day-to-day work.

Your responsibilities include translating customer needs into functional requirements, building performance dashboards to track service usage, and collaborating closely with engineers to prioritize what gets built. You won't be owning production architecture from day one, but you will be making decisions that affect how customers interact with the platform.

This role fits you if you have a technical foundation (computer science, engineering, or equivalent), can write and read code, and care about understanding user problems before jumping to solutions. A portfolio or side projects showing real problem-solving is more valuable than a perfect GPA.
