Logistics Coordinator Paul Logistics is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries Maintain strong working relationships with carriers and help negotiate rates Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and urgency Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation and records Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams Address and resolve any shipping issues, discrepancies, or delays Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal procedures Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and assist with implementing changes Deliver a high level of customer service through clear and timely communication Support day-to-day logistics operations and collaborate across teams Qualifications 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or customer service (preferred) Strong communication and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities Proficient in logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and vendor portals Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment Strong sense of ownership and urgency Bi-Lingual in English & Spanish (preferred) Benefits Competitive pay 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling Fast-track growth potential Quarterly team celebrations and recognition in the transportation industry We're proud to support the backbone of America's flatbed and freight transportation industry.
