High School Math Interventionist Teaching Job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description Job Description Minimum 1+ years teaching experience required. Soliant Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Soliant is looking for an experienced Math Interventionist to teach high school students in a full-time position for the uping school year! *Qualified candidates will hold an active Educators License in the State of Pennsylvania* Responsibilities: Teach approved Mathematics curriculum to students as outlined by the department guidelines. Work in small groups or one-on-one with high school students, providing instruction on remedial mathematics and algebra skills. Provide an appropriate learning environment that meets the needs of diverse students. Track the progress and grades of students and provide feedback. Create a functional and safe classroom environment that allows students to receive quality instruction by the effective use of lesson plan development strategies. Attend school and district meetings as required. Support the Special Education program by implementing IEPs and 504 plans. Perform other duties as assigned by the administration, which may include, but are not limited to monitoring hallways, monitoring assemblies, and conducting parent-teacher conferences.
