He or she, while managing the SW execution, POR and schedule, will also collaborate with cross functional teams – business/product development, development and customers engineering, finance and sales throughout the product life cycle.ResponsibilitiesLeading SW project planning and development of IVI/ADAS platforms.Create and execute detailed SW project plans from requirements gatheringphase, development and test and commercializationIn collaboration with the business development team, identify target customersand market verticals, the key problems the products are designed to solve andthe key attributes of the productsExperienced technical leader with a passion for bringing disruptive technologies to market with strong design wins.Demonstrated success in development, application engineering, productmanagement, and marketing roles in organizations ranging from a pre-revenuestart-up to one of the world’s largest technology companies.Proven track record building and leading global teams, engaging withcustomers at all levels to secure design wins, and managing complex design-inengagements with tier-one customers.Expert at how to measure and manage product commercialization at all phases of development.Lead prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance,timeline and costPlan competitive analysis activities and provide an up to date and quantitativeview of Robotics products competitiveness in the marketplaceRemain up to date on technology advancements in the Retail payment servicesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.10+ years of Program Management or related work experience.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldof study.Twenty (20) years of total experience including 15 or more years of combinedengineering development and project management experience in SWdevelopment and commercializationExperience in Security solutions: device security, SOC platform security, transport security, application security, cryptography etc.,Experience in local and peer-to-peer connectivity technologies (BLE, WiFi etc.,)Experience in Android OS applications services and security frameworkExperience in FuSA (Functional Safety) and CybersecurityExperience writing clear and concise product requirements documentsResults and deadline drivenMotivated self-starter and detail orientedExperience in development and product planning cloud platform and serviceswould be a plusExperience in HW, SW, SDK’s and competitive analysisIn addition to experience, the successful candidate will have demonstratedcompetencies in the following areas:Strategic Execution : Ensures execution plan drives key strategic priorities and company goals; has significant impact on the direction of a large number of critical projects.
