Sr. Manager of Sales & Resident Experience (Leasing Manager- Multiple sites) Berkshire Residential Investments is a people‑first real estate investment company that values high‑performing teams and a collaborative culture. Responsibilities Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise, and assess performance of leasing staff. Drive the sales process and serve as the team cheerleader. Maintain professional resident communications regarding concerns, service requests and interest items via newsletters and other media. Actively engage in the evolving promotional, social, and content marketing landscape. Serve as an active Social Media Ambassador for Berkshire Communities. Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance resident experience. Qualifications Minimum three years of experience in multifamily real estate. Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills for goal setting and reporting. Demonstrated leadership ability and a proven track record of effectively leading a team. Adaptability to new technologies and processes. Proficiency in written, spoken, and understood English. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations. Compensation Hourly salary range: $28.00–$33.00 (actual compensation will be based on experience and other factors permissible by law).
