Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Implement treatment plans developed by licensed physical therapists
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility training to improve their quality of life
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate with the care team
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
• Contribute to a positive, healing environment for every resident

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Minnesota (or compact eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• CPR certification preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply!

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of SNF rehabilitation practices
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
