Responsibilities Proactively engage customers while sampling products Prepare and serve food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided Cut and sample produce and grocery product Achieve sales goals by sharing products with customers and encouraging them to try new products Coordinate all event activities, including: Event setup and takedown Communicate upcoming events in department manager meetings Manage sample supply and sample product inventory Prepare event recaps via SharePoint Maintain program‑specific equipment Adhere to strict food safety guidelines Complete assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent High energy with a passion for Sprouts product Thrives on customer engagement Ability to suggestively sell product Willingness to learn and grow Ability to follow cooking directions Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office Strong organizational skills Results‑oriented mindset Problem‑solving skills Intermediate level computer skills Pay Range $16.30 - $22.80 per hour. Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
