We’re looking for dependable, energetic Line Cooks who take pride in serving great food and being part of a strong team.

Whether you have restaurant experience or are looking for an opportunity to grow your kitchen skills, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Line Cook, you’ll help create a great experience for every guest by:

Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and quality standards
Working grill, fry, sauté, expo, or other kitchen stations
Keeping your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the rush
Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Communicating with teammates to keep orders accurate and moving quickly
Helping with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing responsibilities
Working together with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Bringing a positive attitude and sense of urgency to every shift

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent time management skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
