Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact between advertising agency and brand teams on daily basis
• Review creative development from concept through completion against specifications and budgets
• Collaborate with brand teams on project briefs and recommend promotional tactics aligned with strategy
• Conduct monthly financial reconciliations and develop annual forecasts
• Facilitate timely communications to ensure projects complete on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-6 years account management experience in advertising agency setting
• Pharmaceutical advertising or in-house agency experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume projects in fast-paced creative environment
• Strong collaboration skills with attention to both strategic and tactical details
