Salary: As per the negotiated agreement, Step 1 $ 42,536 Terms: 12-month position Minimum Requirements Boiler certificate Black Seal, low pressure. Valid New Jersey Driver's license. Evidence that health is adequate to fulfill job functions and responsibilities, including heavy lifting and working outdoors. Position Function Under the direct supervision of the Principal, Director of Facilities, and Business Manager, performs general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds; maintains equipment in functional condition; and provides cleaning and custodial assistance to students, teachers, visitors and others as necessary. Performs related duties and general maintenance work as required.
