Participate in training to develop knowledge of company services and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. No previous experience required; training is provided. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and comfortable assisting people face-to-face. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
