Technical Services Engineer

Providing expert support and troubleshooting for healthcare IT systems, the full-time remote Technical Services Engineer, PACS will serve as the primary technical support resource for PACS/RIS projects, ensuring high service quality and continuous improvement in support processes. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary PACS technical support resource, providing second-level support and troubleshooting escalated technical issues Coordinate projects and manage customer communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and effective issue resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues while maintaining detailed incident records and contributing to process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with at least 3 years in a healthcare or radiology-focused technical support role Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as experience with MSSQL database management Experience supporting PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, and other healthcare IT systems Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software applications and experience with public cloud environments
