Hourly Pay Rate: $40-$45

Responsibilities:

· Coordinates and delivers nutritional care to residents, including conducting assessments, creating care plans, and documenting dietary information.

· Works closely with the Director of Food Services and medical staff to ensure proper nutritional interventions and services for residents.

· Provide nutritional counseling and educate residents on healthy eating habits.

Requirements:

·Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and licensure in Pennsylvania.

·Strong clinical knowledge of nutrition support therapies.
