Manufacturing Controller

CONTROLLER OPPORTUNITY | PONCA CITY, OKLAHOMA We are exclusively partnering with the owner of a growing, privately held manufacturer to hire a Multi Entity Controller for a newly created leadership position. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role and take ownership of the operational accounting for two manufacturing entities. The Controller will report directly to the owner, partner closely with an experienced CFO and have a strong accounting team already in place. The company has expanded significantly since relocating to Ponca City and plans to continue growing while remaining privately owned. The leadership team is smart, humble, and genuinely family-centered, with a tenured culture. Key areas of responsibility will include: Month-end close oversight and review Cost accounting and inventory CAPEX analysis and operational reporting Financial leadership for two entities ERP conversion and process improvements Supporting future growth and acquisitions Position Requirements Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Manufacturing accounting experience including strong cost accounting knowledge Ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
