Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, hospitality driven food runner to join team! Our environment is fun, high-volume, and team oriented. We are looking for people who thrive in lively spaces, bring great energy to the floor, and genuinely enjoy taking care of guests.
Food runners are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality, strong communication, attention to detail, and efficient service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service in a high-volume environment
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and a sense of urgency
- Checking food for quality and consistency before delivering to guests
- Staying organized and managing a high volume of take-out and in house orders
- Maintaining strong knowledge of current menu and allergies
- Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
- Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members to keep service running smoothly
- Communicate guest concerns and service issues promptly to management
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties each shift
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of service
QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ year of high-volume food running experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay positive and composed in a busy, high-energy environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Weekend and holiday availability
