Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 15-bed Emergency Department. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care across all age groups, collaborating with 2-4 RNs and Physicians, and handling an average of 65 patients per day (approximately 25,000 annually). Shifts are primarily 12 hours, subject to departmental needs. Patient ratio: 1:5.
Qualifications
- Education: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Experience: Previous critical care experience preferred.
- License: Active Nevada RN license required.
- Certifications (American Heart Association):
- BLS within 14 days of hire.
- ACLS within 30 days of hire.
- PALS within 90 days of hire or transfer.
- TNCC within 6 months of hire or transfer.
