Job Summary and Qualifications As a Dialysis Care Technician (DCT), you will be a key part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality care to patients receiving dialysis. Working under the guidance of registered nurses, you will apply your skills to support the team and help ensure every patient receives compassionate, expert care.
