Extension is seeking a Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in downtown Milwaukee, WI. About Our Client One of Wisconsin's leading personal injury law firms with a long-standing reputation for exceptional client service and results Modern downtown office with paid parking Collaborative team culture with firm-sponsored events, excellent benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth 100% employer-paid single health insurance premiums Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Provide comprehensive paralegal support to a high-performing pre-litigation attorney managing complex, high-volume cases Prepare legal documents, correspondence, contracts, and other case-related materials Maintain and organize case files while ensuring deadlines are met Coordinate client communications, meetings, depositions, and court-related scheduling Gather client information and documentation to support case preparation Work closely with attorneys throughout the litigation process, including trial preparation Manage a fast-paced caseload while delivering exceptional client service Desired Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced legal environment Litigation experience is a plus Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills Ability to thrive under pressure and communicate professionally with clients and attorneys Experience with Filevine is a plus Paralegal certification would be nice Salary Information $25.00 - $30.00/hour We're looking forward to connecting with you and helping you take the next step in your legal career! #J-18808-Ljbffr
