Senior Scientist, Cancer Vaccine

We are seeking senior scientists with a specialty in cancer vaccine-related development and manufacturing, Candidates should have extensive work experience in relevant pharmaceutical companies/CROs. Responsibilities Work closely with the research team in cancer vaccine development. Obtain in-depth knowledge of the cancer vaccine development of interest. Supervise, mentor, and cross-train other scientists in the group of cancer vaccine development. Troubleshoot and remove issues hindering the successful development of cancer vaccines. Present project plans and ongoing progress regularly. Qualifications Ph.D. in biology or pharmacology is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered. At least 2 years of work experience in relevant pharmaceutical companies/CROs. Strong project design and management skills, able to independently lead research and development teams. Ability to multitask and contribute in a challenging intellectual environment.
