Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
