Job Title

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg (Nights)

Location

Arcata, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Three 12-hour shifts per week | 36 hours per week guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit during overnight shifts
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient care
• Respond to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Med/Surg inpatient setting
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced overnight shift environment
