About the Job We are looking for dedicated and hardworking construction laborers with experience in site work construction. If you have skills in excavation, grading, trenching, or general site work, we want to hear from you. Your Responsibilities Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and general site work Load and unload construction materials and tools Operate basic construction tools safely and efficiently Follow supervisors' instructions and work well with teams Maintain a clean and safe job site Requirements Experience in site work construction (preferred) Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Pay Range $20 to $25 per hour (based on experience and skills) Location Poughkeepsie, NY Work Schedule Daily work opportunities Immediate work available – start earning right away.
