Competitive salary of $130,000 - $150,000 annually Discretionary performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) Opportunity to lead a critical function supporting premier private equity clients High visibility with senior leadership and client service teams Career growth and advancement opportunities Exposure to strategic transformation and operational improvement initiatives Ongoing professional development and training Collaborative culture focused on excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction Job Details Lead and manage the Investor Services and Investor Relations team Ensure staff adherence to operational guidelines, best practices, and service standards Support execution of tactical and strategic initiatives designed to enhance investor and client experiences Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client service teams and leadership stakeholders Partner with technology teams to identify and implement workflow automation and centralized processes Facilitate communication, training, and information-sharing sessions across operational groups Participate in regular client meetings and effectively manage escalated issues Identify process improvements that reduce turnaround times while maintaining strong controls and risk management standards Develop and maintain cross-training programs and team heat maps to mitigate key-person dependency risks Monitor service level agreement compliance and overall team performance Manage staffing, workload balancing, and business-driven overtime requirements Supervise, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate associates and supervisors Lead special projects, operational transformation initiatives, and process enhancement efforts Ensure all deliverables are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and best practices Operate effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven, and continuously evolving environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
