Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Schedule:

Nights - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Assignment Duration:

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This state-of-the-art facility is committed to providing comprehensive care and specialized treatment for patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals during their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed for optimal recovery.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and communication.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitation nursing or related fields.
