Practice & Clinical Support:

• Strong team model: NP support and double-scrubbing standard in the OR
• Collaborative call schedule expanding to 1:4

• Level I and Level III NICUs for comprehensive perinatal care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary plus bonuses (base salary options beyond Year 1)
