Senior Structural Engineer

I'm sourcing for a Structural Project Manager to lead structural engineering projects across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, historical, and hospitality markets. This role will oversee projects from design development through construction administration, while managing budgets, schedules, quality, and client relationships. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with internal teams, supporting business development efforts, and helping drive project profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage structural projects from design through construction administration, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met. Maintain strong client, architect, contractor, and consultant relationships while serving as a key project lead. Oversee quality control, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement processes. Support business development, team growth, budgets and cross-functional collaboration with internal departments. Mentor and develop junior engineers through coaching, training, and project guidance. Utilize design and drafting software to support project delivery when needed. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture - with an emphasis on Structural Engineering. PE or SE license required. 7+ years of experience with experience acting as a Project Manager. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
