Clinical research staff ensure that research is conducted ethically, efficiently, and with the patient at the center, supporting innovations that shape the future of medicine.Role Overview:Serve as the main point of contact for all research portfolio activities.Maintain real-time knowledge of assigned research protocols.Act as a critical facilitator for a multidisciplinary team encompassing data and patient management, as well as regulatory oversight.Effectively communicate the overall study progress to various internal and/or external partners, identify study trends, and build/implement solutions.Collaborate with research staff, physicians, CTNs, and external partners to ensure smooth trial execution.Perform diverse research-related functions using good judgment and outstanding organizational skills.Key Qualifications:1-2 years of clinical research experience.Core Skills:Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving research environments with changing priorities.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and implement practical solutions.Proficiency with research systems, databases, and standard office software; ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission, and values.Additional Information :Location: NYCSchedule: Hybrid, on average 2-3 days per week onsiteReporting to the Clinical Research SupervisorHelpful Links :Compensation PhilosophyBenefitsPay Range: $62,600.00 - $97,100.00FSLA Status: ExemptClosing :At MSK, we believe in fair, competitive pay that reflects your job, experience, and skills.MSK is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting and employment.
