- License/Certifications: Kansas RN license or Compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHF
- Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience (Neuro, Spinal, Cardiac, Medical, Surgical), experience with balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open hearts, labs, PICC, codes, and drawing own labs
- Pay Rate: $88.50 per hour (before admin fee)

- Provide advanced bedside care to critical care patients in a hybrid ICU/PCU environment
- Manage patients on balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, and open-heart cases
- Conduct own labs, draw labs, and maintain vascular access as needed
- Respond to emergencies by leading or participating in codes and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to other units such as PCU, Med/Surg, Tele, and ED when necessary
- Adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols
- Kansas RN license or valid Compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience, including critical care procedures
- Experience with critical care devices (balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open hearts)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
