What You'll Do

• Provide advanced bedside care to critical care patients in a hybrid ICU/PCU environment
• Manage patients on balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, and open-heart cases
• Conduct own labs, draw labs, and maintain vascular access as needed
• Respond to emergencies by leading or participating in codes and procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other units such as PCU, Med/Surg, Tele, and ED when necessary
• Adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need

• Kansas RN license or valid Compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience, including critical care procedures
• Experience with critical care devices (balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open hearts)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
