Jimmy John's Delivery DriverDelivery Drivers regularly take home $20+ an hour with a combination of tips, a driver maintenance reimbursement (DMR), and their hourly wage.Work as short as 11am-2pm or work through lunch and dinner. Our flexible shift hours mean there is something for everyone's schedule.Tips are paid out daily.A Jimmy John's Delivery Driver's goal is to get that sandwich in the customer's hand as quickly as possible. We do this by learning the most efficient routes, double-checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law abiding on the street). While not on the road, Drivers work in the store (preparing sandwiches, taking orders, helping clean) and are compensated accordingly as well as being eligible for the in-shop tipping pool. Delivery is a customer service job, so following a customer's request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.Requirements:· MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD· MUST HAVE A VEHICLE, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, PROOF OF INSURANCE, AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD· MUST DRIVE SAFE AND OBEY THE RULES OF THE ROAD· WILL WORK AS AN INSHOPPER WHEN THERE ARE NO DELIVERIESBenefits:· The potential to earn up to $20+ per hour (This includes tips, mileage, and your hourly wage)· Free employee meals every shift over 6 hours.· Career/Promotion OpportunitiesYou are seeking employment with Tossitup, Inc, an independently owned & operated franchise of the Jimmy John's Franchise, LLC system.
