Sirius Staffing is seeking a Part-time Receptionist to provide front-desk, customer service, and administrative support in Taunton, MA. Schedule: Part-Time – Hours Pending/To Be Determined Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer multiple phone lines, obtain caller information, screen calls, and route them appropriately.
• Provide general information to clients, customers, visitors, and the public.
• Perform general administrative and clerical support duties.
• Prepare letters, documents, and outgoing mail.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area.
• Operate standard office equipment, including phones, fax machines, copiers, and scanners.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of receptionist, administrative, clerical, or related experience.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet applications.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Experience using multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling interruptions or changing priorities.
• Strong teamwork, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
