Job Description:


- Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 33
- Number of Staff: 30
- Day Shift Staff: 1 Charge RN, Floor RNs based on a 5:1 ratio (No techs)
- Night Shift Staff: 1 Charge RN, Floor RNs based on a 5:1 ratio (No techs)
- Patient Ratios: 5:1 (estimated, not guaranteed)

- Equipment & Technology:
- EMR System: Meditech / CPN

- Hiring Profile:
- Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year current acute care Telemetry Hospital experience
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Preferred Skills:
- Prior Meditech experience
- NIH certifications
- Experience in large trauma facilities

- Procedures Performed on Unit:
- Managing IV Drips
- EKG monitoring and administering medications
- Handling chest tubes and pacemaker management

- Ideal Personality Fit:
- Positive, can-do attitude
