This position is responsible for:Providing technical service and customer support for blow molding machinery, including repair, maintenance, and customer training.Troubleshooting equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.Inspecting, adjusting, and repairing equipment components using various hand tools and instruments.Completing detailed field service reports for management and customers.Traveling to USA and international locations (50% of the time) to service, train, and provide technical support.Supporting Bekum products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.Assisting Production, Application, and Engineering departments as required.QualificationsQualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical schoolAlternatively, 2-3 years' experience in blow molding or related fieldTechnical skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationallyAdditional InformationBekum America Corporation offers a total compensation package that emphasizes the health and wellbeing of our diverse workforce, and encourages work-life balance.
