Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients thoroughly and design tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage research-supported methods to boost patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and integrative patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families with knowledge on therapeutic practices to enable progress beyond the clinic.
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor patient outcomes meticulously and revise treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the path to recovery.

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and advanced certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification mandatory
