A Day in the life:


Our department teams play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring our stores are clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers every day. As a Department Manager, you will lead and support your team while driving operational excellence within your area of responsibility. Whether overseeing merchandising, inventory management, product quality, receiving shipments, or customer service, you will help create an environment where customers can easily find what they need and enjoy a positive shopping experience.


In this role, you will be helping to develop your team, achieve business goals, and build strong relationships with customers. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on your associates, customers, and the community you serve.

Hourly Pay & Benefit Details


The hourly rate [salary] for this position is $19.50 per hour; Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility). This is an entry level position with advancement opportunity."
